Creating responsive and scalable designs for different businesses and non-profit organizations. This includes conducting market research, user interviews, creating wireframes and protoypes as well as conducting usability tests using industry leading tools.

Taking a customer first approach, I ensure that my designs can be adapted easily by the general public.

Before leaving Germany, I took on this part-time role where I got to interact with customers face to face and get an idea about the retail industry.

I managed the cash register, POS software while assisting the sales floor staff in restocking the shelves.

First time experiencing a fast-paced real estate startup. I played a key role in the entire recruitment process and business development.

I built the recruitment database and managed our PM software. Additionally, I worked with the marketing team as well for content creation in our social media websites.

Worked on a case study with 5 members to develop a customer ticket system, ensuring slower wait times, faster issue resolution and improved customer satisfaction.

I took on the role of database administrator of my university's newly established start-up hub, where I built an internal system to connect the students with over 500 potential investors.

I also administered the members in canvas LMS for improved internal communication and provide regular updates.

I assisted professors working in the filed of semiconductors, transistors and MOSFETs. Learned to use various simulation tools like Proteus Design Suite and NI Multisim which was used to compare the performance with existing MOSFETs.

Berlin was the entry ticket to my career into the business world as I embraced diverse industries and the unique challeneges that came with it (of course, language was one of them). I gained invaluable experiences which have shaped me into what I am today. Alongside my professional pursuits, I reveled in the joys of volunteering, offering my skills and giving back to the society and foster a shared sense of purpose and happiness with like-minded individuals.
